The charming heritage architecture beautifully reflects the history of Goa.
The air conditioning system has definitely seen better days, as it struggled to cool the room adequately.

We were charmed by the hotel's rich heritage and the beautiful period furniture, especially our unique four-poster bed. The location in Fontainhas was perfect for exploring local art and cafes.

Loved the traditional Indian style in a beautiful colonial building. A central hotel, bursting with character. Very clean. Without a doubt one of the nicest hotels in Panjim.

It was satisfactory.
I was disappointed with the hotel. From the reviews I had read I had expected much more. The hotel was shabby and mediocre; I wouldn't stay there again, I would prefer to spend more money and stay somewhere more comfortable.

It is heritage indeed. The flooring is not comfortable for who walk in bare foot. the cloth deco on the bed wooden stand ,disrupts TV view from Bed.

A fair review, pros and cons
Efficient and friendly staff, complemented by a good complimentary breakfast with plenty of options. The spacious bedroom with a comfortable four-poster bed was a highlight of my stay!
The rooftop jacuzzi needs better upkeep and the overall maintenance could use improvement.

The staff was great. They did not receive a booking from Booked.net, but upgraded me to a wonderful 3 room suite with wonderful old furniture, Ac, tv, etc. Quiet neighborhood near downtown Panaji and Old Goa. A very good resto near Viva Panjim, an excellent resto.
Not a thing.
